Adapted shoes

Having adapted shoes is a must to prevent yourself from getting injured. When you change sports or even just the sport field, you also need to change the type of shoes! Playing indoors tennis won’t be the same as playing on grass or clay courts. SHOOSE interchangeable sole shoes are a must have, since you can easily change the soles to adapt it to each and every sport you might want to try! From indoors soles, to cleats, to hiking shoes… They have everything you will need.

Windbreaker or sport jacket

We usually get pretty warmed up when doing sports and our instinct is to take off our clothes to practice in shorts and short-sleeve t-shirts. When our practice ends, we usually wait to cool off, but this is when you are most likely to get a cold. Make it a habit to put on a jacket or a windbreaker right after you are done! Same goes for when you are doing sports outside, having a light windbreaker is a must and it will prevent you from getting sick.

Microfiber Towels

Microfiber towels are must haves for your sportswear starter pack essentials. It is very affordable and will save you space in your sports bag. It is much lighter to carry than a regular towel and will absorb much more sweat while remaining dry to the touch. The material prevents it from getting stinky: it is very functional and in addition to that, very soft too!

Water bottle

You will get thirsty quickly when you practice sports, which is why you should always have water on hand! Make sure to stay hydrated or else, you might even get injured. Some sports places provide you with water distributors or you can simply refill your water bottle with tap water. Wireless headphones

These are a must have for a majority of people that do sports. When you are running, weight lifting… you might find the time to be longer than usual or might feel a lack of motivation. This is where the wireless headphones come in: put on your favorite motivational music to get an extra boost or even put on a podcast or a youtube video to help you get through it more easily. Since it is wireless, they won’t ever get in your way and bother you.
